SwiftDecoder Decode Times

A variety of codes were tested on a sampling of common processors to give a better idea of expected decode speeds for new applications. See testing notes below for more details.

Testing Notes: The listed times (in milliseconds) are the time that it takes for SwiftDecoder to process the entire image. Decode results are returned in less time. All results were generated using SwiftDecoder version 5.0.11 compiled for the specific platform. The properties were set to only decode the symbologies found in each image.
